Thanksgiving in Nebraska

We had such a great time in Omaha for Thanksgiving! We haven't had all of the kids together in several years so this was a special time!!

The grandmas couldn't get enough of their princess!! All of the attention tuckered her out!

One of our traditions is to go to downtown Omaha on Thanksgiving for the lighting of the square. Brooklyn was so cute all bundled up!

We went to a hockey game which was a first for B and Mommy. She was a champ. She didn't cry the whole game and stayed awake until the last few minutes when her poor eyes couldn't stay open any longer. She just loves lights, noise, people, and being out and about!

Brooklyn's First Time Bowling

We had a fun evening at the Bentonville Bowling Alley!!!

Mom beat dad the first game, I don't think he was really trying. Then the 2nd game dad had the plan of getting a perfect score; 3 strikes and 4 spares is close but not close enough

Mom Keeping Busy

I have been working on lots of projects and having so much fun!

I made this name plate for a friend of ours that just had a little boy.

My most recent wreaths; autumn leaves, Christmas berries, and fall felt flowers.

Wreaths I made a few months ago; Arkansas Razorback Pride, BYU Cougars, and a basic floral.

I also painted our end table red.

Halloween

Our fierce tiger!!

We had so much fun dressing up this Halloween!! We were cavepeople with our pet tiger. We even won the most unique award in the adult division at our ward's trunk or treat. I think it was the mullet that put us over the top! Brooklyn was such a good girl, I think she was trying to figure out why everyone looked so funny.

First Conference

We were bums today!! We just laid around the house in our pjs as we watched conference, it was so fun!!!

Brooklyn was such a good girl, she slept 8 hrs last night!! As you can tell, she was still pretty sleepy all day during conference but at least she slept in style. I just love this little fall outfit!

Crafts, Crafts and more Crafts

So Momma Pearson got me all excited to make things while she was here. We made bread and the cute curtains below.

We also made cute ties to hang her bedspread on the wall that also match the valance. Isn't her room so cute!!! I love it!

So I had to make her something in which to hang all of her hair accessories.

Then I made a wreath!! It was SO fun!! I have been dreaming of wreath ideas for the past week and can't wait to make another one. I am actually toying with the idea of trying to make some to sell but we will see how that goes.

Blessing Day

This was a wonderful weekend that we will always remember. It was a treat to have so many people attend her blessing and show us their love. Brooklyn was an angel for her special day!! It was almost like she knew that she needed to be good today. The spirit was very strong during the blessing. Daddy did such a wonderful job!!! I know plenty of tears were shed. We are so grateful to have her in our family!
